The Deck Breathable Top Coat

This breathable top coat contains a non-occlusive film that is permeable to air and water vapor. This can be used both as both top coat for a longer and a base coat for protection of your nail plate.  It doesn't smudge or drag created designs. 

Intended Use: Top Coat - Base Coat 

Benefits:  The Deck is water based and does not smudge designs created on top of this.   

Instructions for Use: Apply polish as desired.  Top with The Deck then complete nail art.  Finish with a standard top coat
